Warranty
Every own brand is warranted against manufacturing defects.
Claims are handled by your account manager: send the part number, the invoice reference and photographic evidence, and we open the case with the factory on your behalf. Approved claims are credited against your next order or replaced in the following shipment.
Warranty periods per brand and the formal claim procedure are pending confirmation.

Yes. We sell wholesale only, always by master pack. Mixed pallet orders start at a consolidated minimum, and full-container (FCL) orders get the best per-unit pricing — that is the standard format for established distributors.
Because there is no single price. What you pay depends on volume, product mix, destination and Incoterm, so we quote it rather than publish it. Send a quote request and you receive a firm figure for your specific order.
Yes, and most distributors do. The four lines ship from the same warehouse, so BULLTORQUE, POWERHAUS DIESEL, NORTH STAR ACCESSORIES and ALPHIE consolidate into a single container with one set of export documents.
You submit the lines or part numbers you need together with your estimated volume and destination. Our sales desk returns a firm quotation stating master pack quantities, lead time and Incoterms, normally within 72 business hours.
FOB, CIF and DDP, depending on destination. We handle export documentation and can consolidate several lines into a single shipment, so you clear one container instead of reconciling five separate invoices.
Stocked lines ship within 5 to 10 business days of order confirmation. Factory-direct container orders run 30 to 60 days depending on the line and the season. Every quotation states its own lead time explicitly.
All four of our brands are warranted against manufacturing defects, with terms that vary by line. Your account manager files the claim with the factory and credits or replaces approved units on your next shipment.
Submit the distributor application with your company details, the markets you cover and your estimated annual volume. We review territory coverage and come back to you with terms, a line card and an opening quotation.
Wire transfer against proforma invoice for opening orders, with credit terms available once a purchase history is established. Letters of credit are accepted on full-container orders.
